Requirements

  • Triple Whale account with at least one connected business
  • Eligible Triple Whale plan (official help lists Foundation, Automate, and Enterprise)
  • Moby usage available on the Triple Whale plan
  • MCP-capable client; OAuth2 where supported, or API-key header for config-based clients

Setup steps

  1. Add the official remote endpoint https://mcp.triplewhale.com/v1/mcp in a supported AI client or select Triple Whale from its connector directory.
  2. For OAuth2, sign in to Triple Whale, select the business, and approve read-only access.
  3. If OAuth2 is unavailable, create an MCP Read API key in the Triple Whale APIs page and store it securely in the client configuration as the x-api-key header.
  4. Verify using a harmless read-only analytics question. The server cannot take account actions or modify data.
