About Zoom Meetings MCP

Zoom-hosted Meetings MCP for meeting lifecycle management, meeting search, participant handling, and retrieval of meeting assets such as summaries, transcripts, recordings, whiteboards, and documents.

What you can use it for

  • Create, search, update, and delete meetings; manage participants; retrieve meeting assets and recordings.
Connection and setup
Hosting
Vendor-hosted remote MCP
Transport
Streamable HTTP
Endpoint
https://mcp.zoom.us/mcp/meeting/streamable
Authentication
OAuth 2.1; authorization-code clients must use PKCE. Requires a Zoom account with admin or developer authorization and appropriate scopes.

Requirements

  • Zoom account with required admin/developer authorization.
  • MCP client supporting Streamable HTTP or SSE and OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
  • Use the regional Zoom gateway where the account region requires it.

Setup steps

  1. Add the Meetings Streamable HTTP endpoint https://zoom.us/mcp/meeting/streamable (or the documented regional gateway endpoint) as a remote MCP server.
  2. Complete the OAuth 2.1 browser authorization flow with PKCE.
  3. Inspect the returned tool list and begin with a read-only meeting query; creating or scheduling meetings has external effects.
