Requirements

• Typeform account
• Compatible MCP client with Streamable HTTP and OAuth support
• Browser access to authorize Typeform
• For EU-hosted accounts, choose the correct regional endpoint

Setup steps

1. Add https://api.typeform.com/mcp as a Streamable HTTP MCP server; use the documented regional endpoint for an EU-hosted account.
2. Start the connection and authorize Typeform in the browser; review the requested permissions. If the client cannot authorize, Typeform may need to allowlist its client.
3. Call accounts-list_accounts first to obtain account_id for most later tools.
4. For form edits, inspect capabilities and validate the proposed patch before applying it; publish only when requested.
5. For analytics, call insights-public_discover before the relevant insights query.

These 19 rows are examples, not the full publisher catalog. Official docs enumerate additional forms, automations, contacts, insights, and account tools; exposure is OAuth-scope and plan dependent. Server endpoint https://api.typeform.com/mcp, OAuth and Streamable HTTP; EU accounts use regional endpoints.

• Plan restrictions surface when tools are called; OAuth scopes also gate specific operations.
• Full response rows, response deletion/export, legacy form-level webhook CRUD, workspace CRUD/moves, embed-code retrieval, and some theme/automation/member management are not supported through MCP per current docs.
• Most operations need account_id returned by accounts-list_accounts; analytics requires discovery first.
• The Typeform marketing page currently displays a different URL than its technical setup docs; use the endpoint from the developer docs/Help Center.
