Authentication

OAuth through a browser; each user authenticates separately. Organization selection may be required when a user belongs to multiple organizations.

Requirements

• Greptile account with repositories connected.
• MCP client supporting remote Streamable HTTP and OAuth.

Setup steps

1. Add https://api.greptile.com/mcp as a remote MCP server.
2. Complete Greptile OAuth and authorize the relevant repositories.
3. Inspect available tools and start with a read-only review or context query.
4. Review any action that triggers a code review or changes repository rules before execution.
