About Mailchimp via Composio

Mailchimp marketing account actions through Composio. Mailchimp’s own documentation MCP is documentation search only; its Transactional MCP is a separate product.

What you can use it for

  • Use documented Mailchimp toolkit actions through Composio.
Connection and setup
Hosting
Composio-hosted remote MCP; vendor API accessed through a third-party toolkit
Transport
Streamable HTTP
Endpoint
https://connect.composio.dev/mcp
Authentication
OAuth 2.0; Composio-managed OAuth is documented. Some actions may require a Mailchimp Essentials or higher plan.

Requirements

  • A Mailchimp account with permissions for the requested actions.
  • A Composio account and an MCP client supporting Streamable HTTP.
  • Some toolkit actions may require provider-specific plans, scopes, or account settings.

Setup steps

  1. Add the Composio Connect URL as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server in the MCP client.
  2. Allow discovery of the Mailchimp toolkit and initiate its account connection from Composio Connect.
  3. Complete the provider OAuth/API-key flow in the secure provider prompt; do not paste secrets into the MCP configuration.
  4. Inspect tools/list after authorization. Start with a read-only action; confirm before any write, send, publish, or delete operation.
Tools 7+

Current Composio toolkit documentation reports 277 versioned actions. This count is for the toolkit catalog, not an account-specific live MCP tools/list.

    07

This server’s available tools can vary by account, permissions, or configuration. The list shown is not its full runtime catalog.

Limitations and notes
  • Third-party platform-mediated integration, not a standalone or vendor-operated MCP server.
  • Connection and tool execution were not tested in this research pass.
Original sources
  • third party platform setup

Composio documents its remote Connect MCP and account connection flow.

  • product logo from linked toolkit catalog
