Authentication

Per-engine credentials: Google Search Console OAuth, GA4 service-account credentials, and optional Bing/AdSense credentials. AdSense uses OAuth-only and requires its separate adsense.readonly scope.

Requirements

• Node.js/npm or the package launcher supported by the maintainer.
• Search Console property access plus OAuth for GSC; GA4 uses the separately documented service-account setup; AdSense uses user OAuth and an additional read-only scope.
• Bing/other optional integrations require their own credentials.

Setup steps

1. Run npx search-console-mcp setup to configure the default Search Console integration.
2. Run npx search-console-mcp setup --engine=ga4 and/or --engine=adsense only for services you want; follow the README for Bing credentials.
3. Add the package’s documented MCP launch configuration to the client; keep OAuth files and tokens in its local secure storage.
4. Authenticate, then inspect the tools exposed for configured engines.
