About Word Counter

Local stdio MCP that reads a text file and reports word count and character counts with and without spaces.

Authentication
No credentials were configured; the tested read-only tool “analyze_text” succeeded in an isolated environment. Other tools may have additional requirements.

Requirements

Maintainer README documents one analyze_text tool with a required filePath parameter; repository verification also observed the same single tool.

    Read the file at filePath and return word count, total characters, and characters excluding spaces.

  • Requires local filesystem access to the path supplied to analyze_text.
