About Dart MCP

Dart hosted MCP connects AI clients to Dart task and document workflows through preconfigured remote tools and prompts.

What you can use it for

  • Task and document management
Connection and setup
Hosting
hosted
Transport
Streamable HTTP
Endpoint
https://mcp.dartai.com/mcp
Authentication
Hosted OAuth; a token-based agent configuration is also documented.

Requirements

  • Dart account
  • MCP-compatible client supporting remote HTTP MCP; some clients may require remote connector feature availability

Setup steps

  1. Add https://mcp.dartai.com/mcp as a remote HTTP MCP server in the chosen client.
  2. For Claude Code use claude mcp add --transport http Dart https://mcp.dartai.com/mcp, then run /mcp and select Authenticate.
  3. For Codex Desktop, add a Streamable HTTP server named Dart at that URL and complete Authenticate/Allow.
  4. For clients where the remote server is unsupported, follow Dart's client-specific official help page; do not use the old local server because the official repository marks it deprecated.
  5. Complete browser OAuth and allow access. Verify with a harmless request such as listing tasks.
Tools 12

Crawl4AI verified the current hosted Dart MCP help article and its linked maintainer repository, which enumerate these 12 task and document tools. The deprecated local server is not included.

Limitations and notes
  • Official help page provides task/doc capability examples and connection setup but no stable complete tool identifier inventory.
Source discrepancies
  • Older repository setup describes a local npx server with DART_TOKEN, while current Dart Help Center promotes the hosted OAuth endpoint. Current hosted setup takes precedence; the legacy method is marked deprecated.
Original sources
  • official deprecated legacy repository

Explicitly marks the local MCP server deprecated in favor of hosted Dart MCP; its exact local tools are excluded from the current hosted inventory.

  • official product page

Dart product page confirms hosted MCP integration with Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, and VS Code and account/token/OAuth connection options.

  • official publisher documentation

Current Dart help center confirms endpoint, authentication choices, and task/document capabilities but does not publish exact tool names.
