## Authentication

OAuth sign-in is required for all tools. The user selects a Clerk workspace; effective access follows workspace role and granted OAuth scopes. The server redacts secret configuration values and does not return instance secret keys.

- **whoami**: Show the connected Clerk user, selected workspace and granted permissions.
- **list_applications**: List Clerk applications in the selected workspace.
- **get_application**: Retrieve details for a Clerk application.
- **create_application**: Create a Clerk application.
- **get_instance_config**: Read an application instance’s configuration with sensitive values redacted.
- **get_instance_config_schema**: Retrieve the schema for instance configuration.
- **patch_instance_config**: Patch selected instance configuration fields, optionally using a dry run.
- **put_instance_config**: Replace instance configuration, optionally using a dry run.
- **list_users**: List users in a Clerk instance.
- **create_user**: Create a user in a Clerk instance.
- **list_domains**: List application domains and required DNS records.
- **get_domain_status**: Read a domain’s DNS verification status.
- **check_domain_dns**: Start a DNS verification check for an application domain.
- **get_deploy_oauth_providers**: List OAuth providers available for production deployment.
- **create_production_instance**: Create a production instance from a development instance; requires confirm=true.
- **set_oauth_provider_credentials**: Configure production OAuth provider credentials.
- **list_application_feedback**: Read feedback submitted to Clerk by agents using the application’s MCP tools.
- **submit_feedback**: Submit a report about a Clerk task problem or missing documentation.
- **get_more_tools**: Report an unsupported task or request additional Clerk tools.
- **clerk_sdk_snippet**: Retrieve a Clerk SDK snippet or bundle for a feature or setup.
- **list_clerk_sdk_snippets**: List Clerk SDK snippets and bundles, optionally filtered by tag.
