## Authentication

OAuth / Base Account authorization is prompted in the client on first wallet use. Write, swap and signing operations require separate approval through Coinbase Wallet.

## Tools

- **get_wallets**: List Coinbase Wallet and agent wallets, authorization state and supported chains.

- **initiate_x402_request**: Prepare an x402 paid HTTPS request subject to a maximum USDC cap.
- **complete_x402_request**: Complete an x402 request after the user approves its payment.
