No credential is required for default arXiv workflows. An optional free Semantic Scholar API key can reduce citation_graph rate limiting; obtain it at https://www.semanticscholar.org/product/api#api-key.

- **citation_graph**: Fetch references and citing papers using Semantic Scholar.
- **export_citations**: Export BibTeX from arXiv metadata.
- **watch_topic**: Create or update a local topic watch.
- **list_watches**: List saved research topic watches.
- **check_alerts**: Check saved watches for new papers.
- **unwatch_topic**: Delete a local topic watch.
- **semantic_search**: Search locally downloaded papers by semantic similarity (optional pro extra).
- **reindex**: Rebuild the local semantic index (optional pro extra).
